At CES, we got a chance to interview Palmer Luckey, the creator of the Oculus Rift virtual reality headset. We also gave the Rift one of our Editor's Choice awards. The Oculus Rift was definitely one of the most impressive things we saw at the show.

Today, at PAX East, we ran into Palmer again—and a lot has changed for the company in three short months. Since CES, Oculus has been incredibly busy: they worked out an acquisition deal with Facebook, who purchased the company for $2 billion. We managed to get another interview with Palmer, to discuss the buyout, what the money will allow them to do, and how he feels the Oculus plays into the future of virtual reality.
